Help
We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions which should help you if you are experiencing difficulties with any aspect of the OffcialBoxOffice service:
Buying Tickets
1. How do I find the show/event I want to buy tickets for?
Simply enter the name of the artist or event you are looking for in the Search box in the top right hand corner of the site and press enter or click on the magnifying glass.
If the show/event you are looking for is not returned, try using the Detailed Search option. Here you’ll also be able to search by Venue, Location and Show Date.
2. Why are there no tickets available to the event I want to see?
The tickets on sale through OfficialBoxOffice are placed there by other fans, we do not have any tickets to sell ourselves. If there are no tickets available this means that no-one has put any tickets up for sale. The site is constantly being updated, so please keep checking back.
3. Why are the tickets I want so expensive?
We have no control over the price sellers list they tickets for. We only ask that they offer the tickets at a fair price.
4. I don’t want the tickets any more, what can I do?
Create a listing on OfficialBoxOffice and sell them to another fan. Give them the chance to see what you’ll be missing.
5. When will my tickets arrive?
The Seller is contractually obliged to send the tickets to you at least five days before the start of the event. If you have not received your tickets 72 hours before the event you should inform us immediately - help@officialboxoffice.com
6. Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your address in the ‘My Account’ section of the OfficialBoxOffice website. However, if you have an outstanding order, this will be delivered to the address you used at the time of placing the order.
7. What method of delivery do you use?
All tickets will be sent from the Seller using Royal Mail Special delivery. This method guarantees delivery and will require a signature upon arrival.
Selling Tickets
1. How do I find the show/event I want to sell tickets for?
Simply enter the name of the artist or event you are looking for in the Search box in the top right hand corner of the site and press enter or click on the magnifying glass.

2. How much should I charge for my tickets?
The price you charge for your tickets is up to you. When you create your listing we will remind you of the face value price. We ask only that you list your tickets at a fair price so that other fans can enjoy the show without paying over the odds for the experience.
3. How much does it cost me to sell my tickets on OfficialBoxOffice?
We do not charge anything for you to list your tickets on OfficialBoxOffice. However, we do take a percentage in commission from the ticket price upon successful completion of a sale. You will be informed of the exact amount we will retain before you confirm your listing.
4. I have six tickets, but want to sell them in pairs, what do I do?
You must enter the number of tickets you wish to sell as a batch. We do not let the Buyer choose how many tickets they wish to buy. For example, if you have six tickets and you wish to sell them in pairs, you must create three separate listings with a quantity of two.
5. How do I send the tickets to the buyer?
When you have successfully made a sale on OfficialBoxOffice, we will send you a Sellers pack containing a pre-paid envelope and all the details for how to send your tickets to the buyer.
6. How do I request a Sellers pack?
Your Sellers pack will be sent to you automatically when your tickets have been sold. If you have not received your Sellers pack within 72 hours of making a sale, please contact us immediately - help@officialboxoffice.com
7. How do you pay me for the tickets I have just sold?
In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we will not make any payments until at least 48 hours after the completion of the event. If there are no disputes we will make payment onto the credit/debit card we hold in your OfficialBoxOffice account. It is your responsibility to ensure the card details are correct and up-to-date.
